I was pleased with heft of the railing and it looks great installed. UNFORTUNATELY, they put the mounting holes too close to the risers and you cannot use a socket wrench to tighten the bolts attaching the railing to the concrete. Obviously the railing designer never installed one himself or he'd have made the base 1/2" bigger and moved the holes outwards.

I am quite please with the railing. The instructions should say to assemble the unit completely before drilling the holes.

I anchored the handrail into concrete steps and it's amazing. My handicap mother can easily use it and it's extremely sturdy. It looks beautiful and I think it's the best thing I have ever purchased from Amazon

This hand rail is very pretty installed, and really sturdy. My husband owns a flatwork business and puts in a lot of porches. I ordered this one for our rental house, which is my former place, without consulting him. He was very skeptical until we opened it and installed it. Now he’s going to use these for his clients in the future. He says these are much better than the ones from the chain hardware stores.

The handrail is unique and offers security climbing steps to the front door without obstruction.

This handrail serves its purpose very well, looks nice, not over-priced. It is heavy and heavy-duty.There was no problem with the eight anchors as complained of by some others. With a proper drill the expansion bolts worked well and was almost fun to install.

I just put up my Matte White Handrail and it looks really good and is functional. Built very sturdy. I'm glad I decided to go with the more expensive wrought iron rail instead of the aluminum rails. I was a little disappointed with the concrete anchors that came with the kit. I bought my own at the local hardware store. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase and hope to get many years of use from it. Decided on white over a dark railing because the sun can make dark railing hot to the touch.

Overall it is a 4 Star product. The steps had a very low riser. 6 3/4”. So the angle of the pre fab step railing did not work for us. We needed to re weld the plate after cutting the square tubing. After the installation the railing was plumb and level; as it should be.
