Well made but a little heavier than I expected and a also a little taller than expected.

The handrail itself is strong and well made.However, the concrete bolts did not work at all (or the way to usethem was not adequately provided). After drilling the holes so the"brass colored" anchor could be inserted into the bottom rail plateand into the concrete, tightening of the bolt did NOT works suchthat they became locked into the holes to support the handrail. Ihad to go to the local hardware store and buy '4' 3/8ths by 1.75inch concrete anchor bolts (for $8) - then fortunately, they workedgreat in the holes that were already drilled.Also, please provide a "metal" template for the whole pattern of thebottom plate (drilling the holes was the most difficult task on the in-stallation) and a masonry bit (or at least provide the needed informa-tion in the instructions.Otherwise, the handrail looks and works great! Had a need for a handrail. Installed two of these for neighbor and decided to get one for myself. Now the deck is safer on the stairs. I recommend.

I like it very much makes me secure going up and down.

Love the style of this handrail; very heavy duty, attractive & easy to install. Instructions were not the greatest. Includes hardware for installing on wood steps (like mine) & anchor hardware for cement steps. The posts have a small drain hole at the bottom & had to drill a hole in the steps where attached so rain water would drain out. Instructions don't suggest this which would have been helpful.

we put this inside on the two steps going up into the main part of the house, should have bought it years ago, we both use it every time

Got this for my back door steps, it is fantastic,very sturdy and beautiful to look at. We have lots of little kids and gray grand parents at our home so needed something on back stairs. Was easy to install, we are very happy with it

Was originally leery about purchasing this product......the quality , the look is fantastic !! Very sturdy product , so very happy we bought it !! Package came with everything.....not like others where you have to buy screws !!?? Very very satisfied customer here !!
