I bought a pair of these railings to make safer two interior steps between my kitchen and sun room as my aging knees get weaker. The railings not only make the steps much safer but greatly improve the appearance of that area. It took a handyman less than 1 hour to install them.

It serves the purpose just the way we hoped. I installed the rail on our wooden steps back in the summer. Now that it is fall and humidity has dropped, I tightened the screws again.

The hand railing is well made. It was easy to install, however there was no Instructions how to install it if you are not sure how. Also I had missing screws. I contacted support and got no help getting the missing screws. At this time the railing is installed with raw looking screws. I cannot find the type of screws that did come with the railing.

I bought the Handrail so my 93 year old mother could safely go up and down Deck Stairs. The Handrail was easy to install, it is heavy duty and securely bolts to stairs. I had to provide my own screws which was not a problem for me. Handrail only comes with Concrete Bolts. My only minor complaint was the connecting nuts were stainless which did not match white railing. I just touched them up with some White Rust Paint and it looked fine.

Installation was easy and is very sturdy. Very happy with this purchase.

pretty easy to install with the proper tools - my aging mother needed to have installed to maintain independence.

This railing is strong and appears well made. It was easy to assemble and put up. INot only is it sturdy but it is a pleasure to look at.
