This items is quite sturdy, should last for a long time. Shipped and arrived in a timely manner. Everyone who sees it is quite impressed with the product.

I have used it to snuff out a few fires already looks excellent and does the job for my corrugated steel fire ring.

Easy to use but a little heavy. The stainless steel material easily prevents rust. A little heavy to lift but does the job. I would prefer handles on outside instead of handle cutouts that lets rain in. The cover came with cheap rubber covers on edges that was split badly. I replaced them with a better quality rubber cover for edges.

This works great, is heavy, so it wouldn't blow off in a strong wind. Construction is very good. This should last for years.

The company is selling this product as stainless steel. Stainless steel do not rust. I purchased it couple of months back and it has rust spots already. This product is not stainless steel as they claim and it is not cheap. I would like to hear from this company.

Totally impressed with the product. It looks great and keeps the elements out of my fire pit!! Definitely a good buy and worth the cost!!

Just a comment on some of the things people are writing about the rubber gasket on the outer edge I immediately took that off and when we received it- I really think it was only for shipping if you look at all the photographs when they show the product they never show the gasket in use- this is a heavy duty top we have it on top of a concrete block fire pit. Well worth the money- we can use the fire pit as a table top if we wanted to when there was no fire in it in the top is closed. We did purchase a vinyl cover for the fire pit for the winter time because I want this metal top to last forever and that just protects the whole fire pit by having the vinyl top on it

Simple, heavy duty steel cover that conveniently folds in half. The only complaint is that the rubber gasket on the edges comes off. Perhaps use a more sturdy plastic edge guard that will not flex and come off as easy.

Well worth the price. Sturdy quality and wind proof while looking great.
