The particular model of ice machine I purchased is a fantastic ice producing machine.

If your family goes through a lot of ice, this is a great investment. My only regret is not buying it sooner.

The ice machine is pretty awesome. You can customize the size(thickness) and it'll shutoff automatically when it's full, so you never have to worry.

Damaged upon delivery. I was refunded without any issues. I will order another one.

Install wasn't that difficult. I did hire a plumber to run the water line and hook it up. It makes about 40-50 lbs of ice (as the information said) daily as long as you empty it regularly. We usually make a bag a day to keep new ice being made on a regular basis. We love the machine. Highly recommend.

So far so good. Easy to install and works great soo far . Only complaint is that the control panel is located on the bottom right side of the machine . Bad location, nearly have stand on your head to see and operate.

This is a great little ice machine.Makes better ice than my $3000 commercial ice machine.It appears to be built pretty well.Hopefully it will continue to be problem free for years to come.

Easy set up. Simple. Perfect size. Makes ice super fast. Downfall like all ice makers, it's not a freezer so the ice does melt. But makes ice fast so not a problem. Another fault is it makes so mich ice, when it melts it melts out the door. They need to raise the door so when the ice melts it stays in the tub. We use it for our business and it's perfect.
