We bought this for our local fire station. They love it. a good turn around on ice and they love being able to change the size of the cubes as well. For as "small" as the unit is it really holds a lot of ice. It was super easy to install as well.

It's working thus far seems like a good deal for the price. Just don't know what I'm going to do with all the extra ice

I have only owned this for a few weeks and will update if any issues arise. Very easy to unpack, hooked up 1/2" water line with simple adapter purchased at Ace, installed a drain pump and to existing drain. Turned machine on, increased ice size to maximum and the next morning I had 40 plus pounds of great ice. The cubes come out of the freezer assembly as one large rectangle and break apart as they fall into the bin. Once the ice builds up, the pieces do not break when falling but can be easily separated with a few taps of the ice scoop. Not restaurant grade looking ice but perfect for the home bar and for filling the tailgating coolers.

Doesn't freeze up at the ice maker, my old one froze up all the time. When it did, you had to shut it off until it thawed out, then you could try to use it again. This unit works flawlessly, when the unit gets full, it shuts off automatically, and holds the ice at a cold temperature that doesn't melt and drain very fast. This is a great unit.Frank Dollar

Ordered it for Restaurant use and got the delivery on time.Makes ice very fast as compared to my last big and expensive and heavy ice machine. Not much space is required and very easy to install, light weight.Overall very very happy and satisfied.- H.K Arora
