it's good material, i used all items that came with it. everything screwed together find no issues with the threads. Had my own wood that i used for the actual shelves and even opted to use nipples for the middle row came out great. Reccomend if you're looking for that rustic pipe decor for your house.

Overall, I would buy this product again. It does the job. The problem I was finding was the threads weren't deep enough for the pipes to create a solid connection. Not a big deal since it wasn't sealing anything for flow but made it quite interesting trying to line things up.

We love these shelves, you do supply your own wood, but they are beefy and hold some weight. We get tons of comments on the look.

Turned out perfectly for open shelving. Was easy to assemble. It is great quality & looks really nice. Easy to add standard store bought wood for shelving. Came with all the screws and brackets needed to make it very sturdy. Lots of places this would be useful and look great. We're using it in bedroom and extended kitchen area.

All-in-all the pipes are ok, but the instructions are lacking, but we got done satisfactory.
