Ok, the only reason I didn't give a 5 start is the fact that this review was given just after install. The motor is just as the description stated and worked flawlessly for my application. Since the install I've only used it a couple times including initial testing. So as far as longevity (the 5th star) only time can tell that.

Could not believe how good this motor turned out to be, I had purchased a Baldor electric motor it was bad from the start, this one I didn't know what to expect because it was cheaper, well guess what I put it on my machine and it works flawlessly has all the power it needs and it is very well constructed...

The motor bolted right up to my Belair air compressor and works good . I did have to modify my belt shroud. I've only had it on for a week but no problem yet. The wiring was easy and instructions were good. I shipped faster then expected. I would recommend it.

Bought this motor for an air compressor I built. Larger than necessary but the price was cheaper than the correct size and should last longer. So for it has run every since I received it and has been great.

I built a 2x72 belt grinder a few years back, the only motor I had was a 3/4 horse. This two horse motor is a game changer. So much more power. The grinder just sings now. Very pleased.
