I was looking for a heavy-duty vice, easy to handle and set. This hit the mark right on the nose. Big size for holding larger pieces of steel, square tubing, pipe and more. Very heavy duty, very easy to adjust and bolt in place. No problems at all. Well worth the price and works great.

This little vice does all I need it to do. I'm very pleased with it.

Fast shipping. Vise was well packed and machined surfaces were covered in light coat of machine oil. Supplied fasteners fit the 12mm T slots of my 7 X 17 mill. Perfect for my needs.

Amazing quality. No slop in it at all. Dead accurate. Just like the expensive guys at a quarter the price.

Wow... This is a beast. If you need a vice that is robust, heavy, and great value this is your tool. I bought this for my small mill. My fault this is tool big but I am not returning! I will find a purpose for this beast! Great value for the price!

Works well, but a lot of overhang when mounted perpendicular on a mini-mill. Raw metal so be ready to spray it down to protect from corrosion. I found the little feet were too thick for my mini-mill so had to cut them down. Very accurately made, better than most.

Very fast delivery, unbeatable price, very high quality, the surface are so smooth and it is heavy does reduce any vibration during drilling and keep the work please stable. Very happy to have this piece. Recommend it.

This is a nice little vise for the money, but after I cut myself moving it, I noticed that nearly every edge on the thing was sharp, i.e., not eased at all (hence the 4 star rating). Where a ground edge meets a casting edge was particularly nasty. The vise is definitely worth buying, but be prepared to spend some time making it safe to handle.

Five stars because WITH an Amazon next-day replacement we were able to get ONE good vise out of TWO.This is a great value IF you take it apart COMPLETELY right away.You can see complete threads in the hole in the first picture.You can see cast iron that was stuck on the hold-down bolt in the second picture.You can see where the residue came from in the third picture. There was not enough thread left to hold the fixed jaw down with any confidence! NOT SAFE for milling!For this price it is unrealistic to expect stringent quality control.But it IS realistic to expect the device to provide safe service.The fixed jaw on the replacement Amazon sent (REALLY quickly!) had complete good threads. Bolts HAD been a little overtightened, but not enough to strip out the cast iron.Quality control gives more reasons to take it apart FIRST:- many of the holes are not deburred, so parts will seat better after a little scraping- many edges are sharp (SOME have been eased) so being able to stone contact edges is appropriate- some of the grease is misplaced (the contact button needs more lubrication to do it's job correctly)- EVERYTHING needs to be FULLY cleaned because there is grinding detritus all over the vise!With the above taken care of this is turning out to be pretty nice. It is MORE accurate than my drill press, but we'd have to spend some time on a surface place with indicators before we'd be comfortable with it on a milling machine.If I DO get some surface plate time I'll report back on how well it meets its specifications.But with simple checks against squares it is already a five star value... AFTER Amazon's excellent replacement actions!

Nice vise, well made, easy to use. Wish I had this vise long time ago. I couldn't find another vise this well made for the price.
