Only used once so far but am very pleased with functionality of purchase. They do what they’re supposed to. Seem to be well built, used locking mechanism numerous times and there were no failures. As I said pleased.

We purchased these wheels to replace the stock wheels on one of the popular, 6’x4’ scaffolding towers currently on the market. In the OLD wheels, a small piece of gravel had become lodged in the brake mechanism, allowing the break to appear disengaged, but the teeth that prevent a swivel were still engaged, and applying side force to the unit snapped the stock rubber wheel flat in half.These wheels have a metal core, and are 2” taller, so I don’t expect that will be a repeat issue. They do not run silent—there is a metallic clink from the brake/swivel mechanism when rolling and turning, but it’s not that bad. The brakes are also a bit harder to release and often require a hand to take them off, but overall a good set of replacement wheels at a great price. Would buy again.
