It's hard to know what you are getting with casters. They are often overrated: you get casters rated for 250 lbs and put four of them on something that weighs a hundred pounds and they crap out on you. These didn't! They actually work as described, and they are cheap enough I can put everything in the shop on wheels! Note that there are two types of caster locks. One type hugs close to the wheel and locks the wheel itself, but not so well the rotation, on some casters not at all. The other kind sticks out, making the clearance needed much bigger to allow for the locking lever. On the other hand, it usually has a strong friction brake on the wheel and a positive interlock on the rotation. These have that second type of lock, so they need a lot of clearance for rotation. Still, that aside, they are good casters. I was expecting worse from the price, but I was surprised.
