Is one of the best investments I make! Works super good! Easy to clean, I will love to find a pedal cover because sometimes a little bit of water get in them.

Can honestly say this tub has really saved my back with the bigger dogs that I groom. It’s easy to use, and keep clean. Just bought another one as I’m expanding my grooming business.

The tub will not drain. Have to use a squeegee to get the water out. Customer service has been less than helpful to resolve the problem. They did offer a partial refund and not fix the issue but I want to make sure that doesn’t void my warranty before I accept.

While a little time consuming and complex to put together, it definitely does the job! I have washed four of five dogs in it. I could not get my Great Pyrenees in; he simply refused. But my female Great Pyr let me lift her in which was not an issue since it was low to ground. Eventually my 130 lb. St Bernard went in and no issues raising it once he was in; definitely enough room. My Siberian Husky jumped right in like a pro and enjoyed the elevator ride. My American Staffordshire Terrier loves water, so this was a joy for him. It seems a little wobbly whether elevated or not with the dogs moving in it, but overall, meets the needs of being able to wash the dogs without me bending over and them moving all around. I did add a non-slip bathmat because the dogs slipped around a little. Can't wait to show our groomer!

Assembly was good. Had my son do it as it takes a bit of muscle. Went together easily. I wouldn't say it is a beginner project but not at a difficult level. Tools were supplied. Recommend checking with a plumber before purchase. My plumber was able to make the drain hose work. More a function for the water hook ups and drain connection, not a product problem. Extremely happy with this purchase.

I was a little worried ordering something like this online but wow it is really excellent. Super sturdy. Seems professional grade. The faucets are excellent.

The part to hold spayed could be better. The plumbing parts could also be better. Over all so very very happy with the tub.

The unit was delivered on a sturdy pallet and was easy to get in the basement by my self! Very easy to put together with no issues at all. Higher recommend
