I bought this to supply up to 50a on two 120v legs to a small house. I cut off the female (generator) end and hard wired this into an outdoor panel. The wire and sheathing seemed of good quality. Be sure that it's not in direct sunlight if you plan on using close to 50a because the insulation rating is only 60*. Not an electrician, so don't trust me, but good cable imo.

It鈥檚 as good as any quality cord I have purchased.

Its a seriously heavy duty cord!

Being used to extend power into a house I am building. Been in many snow and rain storms. Zero problems.

I use this cable to connect the Transfer Switch (in the shop in the basement) to the receptacle in the basement family room. I had measured the distance and it appeared that it needed the cable to be 50 feet long, so I ordered this cable, and it is perfect with about three feet to spare. I imagine the cable is exactly 50 feet. The male and female connectors are high quality, and the cable is as flexible as it can be expected for a 10/4 cable. It is heavy.

Well made product. Works great for my purpose. The storage straps that it came with are not great, nothing a couple of Velcro straps can't make it store better. Great cord at a really good price...Kevin

very high quality cable and good price. shipping was really quick. The cable is 1" in diameter, if you need to run it thru conduit, get 1.5".
