I bought this with the screen not working. Support told me it would take 1-3 business days for a fix or warranty to help us with this product. Id like to be able to set my speed and force but my screen wont even load

Missing key parts of the stand. The stand came with only half the parts. Having to go back to the company to get the rest of the assembly parts was a major business setback.

Very hard to Calibrate. Works well, Happy with the cutter. The laser is very hard to see, so good luck calibrating when cutting printed art work.

I have the vevor 1350 plotter the previous version and it did the job with some hiccups here and there but I decided to go head and buy this one is the same plotter but I believe they upgraded on the quality because this machine cuts perfect every single time I love this machine so much that I'm trying to get a second one but once again it's out of stock

The plotter I received was damaged, most likely by UPS. However, I managed to make it work by spending a week and wasting film to calibrate the needle. Fortunately, despite the damage, the plotter is still in a usable condition and does its job well without making too much noise. Additionally, the film and vinyl design software also function seamlessly with the plotter.

Great product great prices easy to use vevor quality is up there but the price is not will buy more from them

Love this machine. We upgraded to this from a 24 inch uscutter machine that gave us problems. It never let us cut big stickers. This gives us no problem

I am pleased with this cutter. I am new to using vinyl cutters so It would have been nice to have an instruction booklet. I ruined several sheets of vinyl before I realized what I was doing wrong. Once I figured it out, it worked perfectly. My initial shipment was missing the roll holders, but I contacted the distributor via Amazon and they had them shipped immediately. The Signmaster software they offer with this cutter is great. It has functions such as cutting by color, which is something I didn’t expect. Again, if you are totally new to using vinyl cutter and it’s software, I would suggest looking a a few YouTube tutorials before getting started.
