Excellent product, great price and just what I needed for my basement workshop. Changing heavy accessories on my Shopsmith is extremely difficult at 83 years old. Installed this on a low ceiling between the joists fit the bill. Used the hoist to pull itself up to the brace and it worked like a charm. All I had to do was substitute \"Eye-bolts\" for the brackets, slide in 2 pieces of conduit and I was home free!

Came all busted up the electrical box on it was broken and cable stop was bent. Called to report the damage they said they would take care of it. Never heard back from them.

Ordered to remove a battery from an electric lift and it worked perfectly. Had to use the double cable feature to accommodate the weight of the battery. It worked with ease to raise and lower, when putting it back together.

I used it for hauling buckets of dirt and stones up my basement stairwell. Working great so far. It saved my back.

Love this winch! I bought it as part of a new deer processing setup. Makes skinning and hanging so much easier.
