Makes ice well. Perfect for what I need. I just scoop out ice, bag it and put it in the freezer. I have ice every 15 minutes, I give it 3 more minutes for harder freezing. Also, using a 5 gallon bottle is to easy. Don't forget to prime the pick up hose.

Ordered this icemaker for my family. We have five kids and it keeps up with their ice usage. It makes just enough ice at one time and doesn't take long to remake either. It only keeps the ice for so long since the ice holder isn't refrigerated but it does recycle the water from the melted ice to remake another batch. I'm pleased with the product I received for the price that I paid.

I just used this ice maker for the first time and it works great. It takes roughly 7 minutes per batch of ice. The ice "bullets" are great and are completely separated when they are moved into the ice bin. The noise it makes is minimal and is mostly the sound of a small fan. So far I'm very impressed with this purchase. I'll update later if that changes.

My ice maker continually stops working. My book that came with it does not match the machine. It just stops working and I’m not sure why. It would just come back on a few days later, but after fighting it so many times we just gave up and turned it off..

Very easy to set up, as long as you have readily available water source and a floor drain in the area. Starts making ice right away. Very quiet operation. More than adequate for our needs. My only critique is that the control panel is located on the side near the bottom of the unit where you cannot read it without getting down on your hands and knees. The manual that comes with the machine is mainly geared toward a different model.

We've only had this a few days but so far it's doing what it's supposed to! We have this in our fire company bar and it's working very well.

For Home use, makes ice quick and easy to set up. Would have gave 5 stars but when it’s full it will leak/melt by the door and drip down the unit. I keep a small towel on top to wipe off and have it in basement on concrete so not much of a problem

So far this machine is working as expected and keeps up with our ice demand
