This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a unit (Order #241122009778025172XX) that arrived late and didn’t work at all. The product was defective out of the box, and despite spending an entire day troubleshooting, it would not turn on. When I reached out to customer support, they kept going back and forth with unnecessary instructions, refusing to process a simple return or refund.
Frustrated, I placed a new order (Order #241129009778180835XX) on Friday, expecting it to arrive on Sunday as promised. It’s now four days later, and the order hasn’t even been shipped! What’s the point of paying more for expedited service if the seller can’t deliver on their promises?
This whole ordeal has been a massive inconvenience, delaying my plans and leaving me without the product I needed. The lack of accountability, delayed shipping, and refusal to address the issue properly is completely unacceptable.
If you’re considering buying from this seller, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. They clearly don’t care about their customers or fulfilling their obligations. I won’t be buying from them again
Unless this situation is fully resolved—including processing a refund for the faulty unit, expediting my new order, and providing proper compensation for this mess—I will not change this review. This seller has completely failed to deliver on both their products and customer service. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
