At first I hated this product. it blow up the fuse at the first time I use it. My husband went out and purchase new fuse and replace it. It have been working perfectly ever since.
I absolutely love this, I was using a cricut hear press, I could not get the pressure needed to do it. Things I would do differently would to get the 15 x 15 and may some things different the manufacturer could do would be to have better instruction. Other then that super stoked of my purchase
