Ordered the heat press 12x10, product shipped quickly and seems well built while performing great. I unfortunately ordered one that was a bit smaller then I pictures in my mind (product measured correct). Customer service gave me multiple options that would benefit me just to have a satisfied customer. That means alot when your used to having to pay for return shipping/restocking fees then pay the difference for the item. Can't wait for the bigger press to come in, seems like a great upgrade.

I love this product because of how easy and great it works! It came with a bunch of attachments which help when creating different projects! I love it! It is sturdy and portable! I highly recommend this Product!

It did not come with instructions it did not come with the Teflon sheets luckily I had some I had moved and didn’t open my box for awhile cause I didn’t have everything unpacked

So far I have made a shirt and a mug. The only think I have noticed is that if you get a time or temp range we have needed to high amount. Would totally buy again.
