The instructions are not great, but I figured it out and love this product.

I wish it would swivel easier but I can probably mess around with it and make it.

So far so good just needs better directions on how to work it and set the heat and timer

Wonderful, easy to add attachments, easy to adjust temperature for projects

Ordered this item 6 months ago, used only 2 times before it stopped heating properly...I do not recommend this product.

Bigger than expected. Need a larger area

Not as easy to use the first time but once you get the hang of it, everything goes fast. Heats up good and the padding is good too.

I received a defective product with my first shipment. I was very disappointment that the temperature would not heat up correctly on my press (temp stayed at 65 degrees and would not increase). I contacted the seller and they were great to work with. They agreed to send me a new product and resolved my issue in a timely manner. I have not received my new press yet, but will update once I do. I know that if anything is wrong, the company will go above and beyond to make it right.**update: they sent me a new press and it arrived in just a few days. The new press works great and no complaints.
