These are well-made and priced right. I wished I had ordered with lids. Lids cost as much as the pans.

I have purchased 2 of these for boiling maple syrup down on an old wood stove. They have strong enough to withstand the more extreme heat of a wood fire stove or just on a regular gas stove. Not the intended purpose, but shows the quality and strength on this pan.
