It came early. The machine itself works very good And its very easy to install. although it was a little small for my bussiness but the costumer service I received was amazing. They were very accesible and comprehesive and I could return it witout any issues. Now I can buy a bigger one, but I defenetely would buy this machine again for other uses

Very nice seller. Communication was good via email about all my concerns considering this ice machine.

It makes good solid ice. Probably around 16 to 20 lbs. It is installed outside and water supply is hot from Florida sun. It still makes plenty of ice! The only problem I have had is that there is no weatherstripping on the access door, and inside the ice holding area there is a decent blue light. I cant figure out how to turn it off and bugs are attracted to it. Owners manual says to short press clean button but his does not turn it off.

I have gotten a ton of compliments on this unit! Someone should get with the vendor on this because the pictures don't do it justice. It does have physical drains on the back of the unit, so you will need access to a drain and tubing. I believe this is for the compressors.Overall this has been a great unit. We are using it in a large break room with about 100 employees.

Love it ! Just smaller then expected. But works great .

Love having ice ready at all times. This unit does a great job for me. Ice forms on a grid inside the machine and drops into the holding bin effortlessly. with initial start up the sound of the drop of the newly formed ice into the holding bin is a bit startling but the noise is not offensive. Overall, the machine is quiet and productive. We have been using it for about a month now. Very pleased with our purchase.
