Took a little getting practice on some scrap wood, ended up with great results for burning my signature on wood. I am VERY pleased with my first project and the thermostat is useful for various materials.

Lightweight and built well, heats up fast. It has several removal heads, I really like the different soldering tips it comes with. And the price is amazing for a set like this with an electric machine.

The wood burner was everything we expected. Sturdy construction, variable heat settings, and quality pens. High heat temperatures make the burning process very smooth.

Lots of fun and works great for my project, the end heats up pretty quickly and cool down at a decent speed also, I liked the extra tips as it helped with some of my wood burning.

Unit arrived quickly, however, slightly damaged. I was able to repair damage and unit functions well. The voltage indicator had been knocked out of its socket and was laying inside. Nothing was broken which is why I was able to correct the problem. I remounted the voltage indicator. All pieces came as advertised. I will update later if necessary. A small discount for repairing the problem would be appreciated. Had I not been able to repair the unit I would have to have shipped it back. If it hadn't been for the indicator having to be corrected I would have given it a fifth star.
