shipment was lost for 2 weeks even though it was at my local warehouse. Their piggy ship tracking service never responded to tracking requests. Finally they updated and it was moved to a different shipper. It arrived 3 weeks late. by then I bought another. Now they says its too big and they dont want to ship it back. They say its too big and could be damaged. Dont buy from vevor.

From day one the machine was giving electric shocks on touching the metal tank few days later the heating system went off so this unit was bad I don’t know if other units like this one were bad as well I emailed the tech support team and they suggested to me to open the unit and try to fix it till today I have no idea how to return the unit

First of all, customer service is horrible and pretty much doesn't exist. They sent me and charged me for two units when I only ordered one. They said returning it would be too complicated and offered a refund. Only thing is, the refund is a credit which does nothing for me since there is nothing else they sell that interests me. All customer service is done via email. Overall a horrible experience.

I purchased this unit in mid November. The first time I tried to use it, it failed. And yes I did read the manual, it worked for roughly 3 maybe 4 minutes and quite. I checked the fuse in the back and it was still fine, tried a different plug and it still wouldn’t work. I could hear the fan running, but the machine did nothing. I filled out a service form, I must say, never had to take a video of a machine not working before. Customer service was a joke, will not be purchasing any thing else from VEVOR
