Just what I was looking for.
These cones are great. They are very soft and flexible to the touch, but stand up straight. The reflective tape is more like a ribbon that wraps around the cone and attached in one place. Not sure if it they will stay attached or not. Helped the kids learn to park. They are light for traffic cones, but, still have a good weight to them. They won't blow away in heavy wind conditiins.
