Great price for a light duty 110V ac hoist. Works fine for light duty. I use it for DIY garage shelf hoist and it works fine

Advertisement was for 440 lb hoist I got a 100 lb hoist.

At almost 70, I needed a little help lifting a Honda CT 90 off the back rack on my pickup. I first used big stainless lag screws (Lowes.) in predrilled holes to mount one end of a 1.5 inch square tube (Lowes.) to the garage ceiling on the bottom side of an 8" thick transverse support beam for the roof and then slide the hoist up on the bar and secured the other end of the bar with big stainless lag screws in predrilled holes. I rigged up a 3 to 1 pulley, so it lifts the 200 lb load with ease. Worked without a hitch.

This is a good wench that is exactly what they said it was. Runs smoothly and is a fantastic price for a great little wench. I ordered the bearings attachment so I can use the tracks with this wench. I like it.

My first one of these lasted over 10 years. Expecting the same out of this one. That's why I came back to get this one.

I've gotten to old to lift my folding trailer up onto the casters easily anymore. I installed this hoist onto a rail lagged to the rafters. With careful positioning, I can easily lift or safely lower the trailer now. I set it up 2 to 1, it would be really fast running 1 to 1. I will probably get a trolly for the rail because the hoist's wire angle changes so much from the beginning of the hoist until it's all the way up. It's a backsaver and makes it safer to lift and lower the trailer now. And yes, I need to put an electric outlet up there and get rid of the extension cord.

It is a great product but om in my 60s and it was to heavy for me to install myself.

Only thing keeping it from perfection is remote cord is short
