It works great at making ice, controls could be simpler & it is entirely too loud. I bought it to replace ice makers in my freezers but is too noisey to run all the time I only use to make bulk ice for parties etc. Still worth having to me.

I have sent several emails that vivor has acknowledged about sending the incorrect product I ordered an ice maker I received an ice container that does not make ice they were supposed to send me another one still have not there's no phone number to get a hold of anybody and now I'm sitting with a $300 icebox that does no good

This industrial Ice Maker was perfect for our in home use. Produces Ice at a fast pace and has an automatic shut off feature. Couldn't have asked for more!

Works as it should. Produces more ice than i need. It works good. Almost small enough to fit on the counter. Perfect for a four person household.

It just works, simple enough. Has done all I've asked it to do if not more. Pert near endless supply of ice for my beer chiller. Much cheaper than going to store and buying bags of ice. Will definitely pay for itself in one season.

seems ok, not sure it will last though. removing the plastic from the stainless steel panels was the worst thing a human being should have to endure. the pump for the water waste is noisy as hell other than that is makes plenty of ice

Have used for about a year now. Hooke up to RO and works great. Cleaned out and refilled twice and still working great! Only suggestion would be some sort of filter grille on the drain line to keep anything from coming up into the ice.

I bought this unit to replace my ice maker that had just died. Settings are a little weird, but after figuring it out, it was fine. I like the option of different thicknesses of ice it can create. It does make the ice very quickly as well. The overall design is very good. The only thing I'm disappointed in is that it doesn't recycle it's melted ice back into the system as it drains it. Since this is at my home bar, I don't have a sink around it, so therefore, I had a bucket it would drain into. After a month of consideration, I am returning the unit to seek an alternative ice maker.

Purchased this ice machine, may 2024. It stopped freezing, the water, and now VR says that we have to fix it. And the description says it has a one year warranty. It was great when it made ice. But obviously vevor does not stand behind the products.

This maker makes ice and makes it in large quantities. If that's the goal, it has succeeded. I have installed mine in my laundry room, tapping into the water supply line from the washing machine with no issues. Unfortunately, with it being lower (and requiring a water discharge) than the discharge height, I had to install an HVAC condensate pump to assist. For those looking at this, please keep in mind that it does not recycle water back into the pump system. As the ice melts, it drains out and new water is brought in. I will likely replace the water purifier with a more universal fitting one soon. From a making standpoint, it makes a tray (36ea 3/4\" cubes) every 15minutes. The density of these can be adjusted by adding/subtracting time on the screen. It does not make pellet or chewable ice, but it does make large quantities. I would recommend a smaller metal ice scoop over the installed plastic one that is included. The one included is large and takes up a majority of the room within the ice box. A smaller metal one would be more suited for breaking up the ice.
