Expected heavier duty

A little confused. We have a dock plate that is rated for less than half this weight, but substantially thicker and the bracket hardware are bigger and sturdier. Can’t say yet that this won’t support the claimed weight, but was expecting this to be heavier duty.

Great plate for loading with a pallet jack.

I picked this up to load pallets of books into my trailer. My previous ramps weren't up to the task, but this plate has been working great. These pallets are around 1,000 LBS and the plate hasn't bent or shown any damage at all. I'm pretty satisfied with it.
