I mistakenly ordered two of the same. Customer service said I can not return one.
I mistakenly ordered two of the same. I tried to return one as soon as I received goods, and the customer service was not able to help. They said it is my ' fault'. I am scared to never make any purchase from Vevor.

If you want to use provided hardware to secure equipment pour concrete after item has arrived.

Don't waist your time!!!
I would honestly give it 0 stars if I could. Order a different model but ended up receiving this one. I thought it was maybe a newer model, connected it and it worked for 8 days then it stopped working! It was hard to program too! Worse product just waisted my time.
