This is a very good little tool cart in its own right...and considering you can buy 4 of these for the price of 1 Hout Toolscoot, it's also a bargain. The quality is fine, it's stable and rolls freely even with about 250lb of loaded toolholders on board. My only complaint in regard to quality is that I wish the caster wheels were of a harder rubber or plastic. My shop is kept very clean as far as machine shops go; but if there's a wayward metal chip on the floor, these wheels are likely to pick it up. Be prepared for about 2-3hrs of assembly time, as it comes unassembled with a literal softball sized pack of nuts and bolts. Assembly is self-explanatory for someone proficient, but the instructions may as well be non-existent. The hardware is very nice quality though, and there are a few spares of each size included. While you might be tempted to not install the 70 retaining bolts and speednuts on all 35 tool pockets, I highly recommend you spend the extra time and effort to do it. Especially on the tilted trays. Their combined fastening force adds a little more rigidity to the cart overall, and more importantly they keep your tools from tipping over.Summary: I will buy another one of these if I tool up further, and I would recommend them to any shop that doesn't HAVE to have the brand name, overpriced, marginally better, top-tier stuff.
