Product arrived with a dent from shipping which is out of the company's control. They replied back very quickly to my request to solve the matter. The fridge works great, dent is in the back so no biggie.

So far so good. We bought this fridge 2-3 months ago, after doing a ton of research. We had a couple at our old house which were great but they no longer make that model. We were nervous to find one as good. Before I continue, it did arrive damaged. It was not boxed in sturdy enough container/packing. Luckily the damage was to the back panel mostly. I found a couple tiny spots on the sides weeks later. Since it was the back panel, my husband took it off and pounded it flat-ish and checked the lines to make sure there was no internal damage. We figured if it cooled off properly, we wouldn't return it. And it did. It's cold, keeps drinks cold and has been working well. We do have it outside on lanai in Florida. I was concerned about wire shelves... don't want things falling over. My old ones had glass shelves. But luckily, the wires are close enough that things don't tend to fall over. It's a great size for mini fridge too! Pricey but if it lasts, it will be worth it!!!

Very easy to unbox and put in location that we wanted them. Plugged both in and within 20 minutes cooled down to our temperature of 36. No problems whatsoever and we are happy with the choice we made

This is a great commercial refrigerator but it could cost a little bit less!!

It says indoor use but advertised as outdoor. Using for outdoor kitchen so far so good very quiet and nice and cold temp control. Arrived with cosmetic dents on back top but hidden under counter so no issues.
