Ice maker makes decent amount of ice, but capacity is nowhere near 40 lbs, more like 10 lbs. Customer service is an absolute nightmare. They won't even answer a simple question if you don't have an order number.

We have had great service with this machine at our office keeping my crews cool this summer! Easy to install. We did have to put it on a stand to get it to drain

I'm pretty impressed by this lil guy. I was a technician for one of the largest commercial ice makers and bought this for my personal use after my manitowoc undercounter pump failed and cost about $350 for the part. After unboxing and running a few batch cycles I'm remarkably impressed with this lil unit. The ease of service and funciontanilty of a big $$ brand yet the amazing price and easily obtained parts make this thing a ridiculous value. I've seen a million ice machines from every big commercial brand and thing thing has a common proven design with easy to source replacement parts. I see this thing doing great service for me for several years to come.

We've had this little icemaker almost a year. It works great, and has never given us any trouble. It sits in 100° environment but still makes an abundance of ice.

It is a cheap unit, it does not produce the amount of ice that is says so if you need much i suggest buying a bigger unit. it was easy to setup and get started though. it would be nice if it could fill the bin with a complete 24lbs.

We needed ice to keep our salads cold and the cost of buying ice was expensive this ice machine is perfect for the job and at the price I paid for it within a month it will pay for itself. I would recommend a larger capacity for serving drinks but this one is perfect for what we need it for. Thank you for making this product at such an affordable price and we look forward to doing business with you in the future

I have used this machine fir several months now and it is great! It really make a great cube and its convenient to have ice ready to load in my fish cooler . I have suggested it to my fishing aquaintences for thrur homes also.
