This is a solid drive and motor package. It comes with both motor and encoder cables with Mil-spec connectors. There's also a DB25 connector for a CNC/computer control and a communications port in a DIN connector - both plugs included.This system works on 240V, split-phase - US standard 240V outlet for AC, kitchen ranges, dryers, etc. It can also be connected to a 3-phase supply, if needed. For standard 240V, use the L1 and L2 connectors, leave L3 unconnected. BTW, 110V and 220V haven't been used in US for decades. 120/240V is the standard now, with 125/245V getting to be common as we plug so many new things in.The maximum spindle speed is 1,500 RPM, which could be slower than other systems, though still faster than many stepper motors. Speed is sufficient for most CNC applications, and at 2.3kW output, a lower gearing drive screw can be used if more speed is needed.The motor mounting face is NEMA52 compliant - that's the "130" in the model name, for 130mm. The motor feels solid and comes with a shaft key which really should be used at these power levels. 2.3kW = 3 HP, and this motor can instantly reverse direction and push 3HP in the opposite direction.Search for "machsupport AASD pdf" for an online, English version of the manual. The package does come with a printed manual in technically acceptable English. Actually, it's surprisingly better than most other Chinese translated manuals floating around these days.Saving the best for last: this vendor here on Amazon has *the best* price on this system anywhere. Even with the recent price increase, it's still very competitive versus others, including directly from Chinese seller sites. If the price remains stable, they should be selling a lot of these. Despite the somewhat ambiguous shipping estimates shown, the units are shipped the next day from a US/local warehouse and arrive in 2 days. Mine were shipped from TX.
