First the negatives: it's big, really big. And heavy. You're going to need a 30amp breaker; it'll kick a 15amp in a minute, and it kicked a 20amp within ten minutes. Now the positives: it is a work horse; we made over a hundred ice cream cones with no issue at all for a birthday party. The ice cream it produces is perfect; we used setting 5, and it was perfect. Also, super easy to clean. Side note; use heavy cream not water for a better tasting ice cream fwiw. If you are looking for a machine to sit on your kitchen counter this is not it. But if you are looking for a machine to make ice cream for a party/parties, events, business......this is your machine. Worth every penny.

We have LOVED having this machine for our large family gatherings. It has been a HIT. I do wish it had better instructions on how to use it though.

For a 1300 dollar machine this ice cream machine works almost just like any other industrial ice cream machine would. There isn't any leaking, the belts are in good condition, the controls are easy to understand, it cools down quickly, and it doesn't use much power (for a soft serve machine of this caliber). On the other hand the instructions are not very detailed, and it's easy to see that whomever wrote them can't speak english very well. It also takes ALOT of water to clean thoroughly. In general I'd say that this machine is a very good purchase for any business owner looking for an affordable soft serve machine that can turn out around 6 to 8 cones at a time before cooling down again (about 1 minute for cool down). I'd say you could probably get a max of 400 cones out of it an hour if you were constantly working with it, but that's being pretty generous. Anyway I hope this review helps. I plan to provide another update with video after a month of use.

Great machine, but the downside is there are lots of PLASTIC PARTS. One knob broke and waiting for FREE REPLACEMENT. I will purchase another one because customer service was great.

Just what I wanted

I need to get 2 of this ice cream machine returned I only wanted 1 how do I get these ship back and my money back

The soft serve machine has worked great as suggested. Instructions or a little vague. Does not mention what some settings exactly mean. Never clear on what a plastic or steel hopper means for the puffer tubes but the send them with other it. What is a plastic hopper compared to what I received? Overall it has performed great.

Good machine for the money. We are using it for events where high volume is required. It can almost continuously serve Ice Cream.

Have 4 of these ice cream machine. They are great! Wish you could buy parts for them. The manuals are not good but with trial and error you can make some good ice cream.
