Best price on the web and works great. The hardest part of setting up was getting protective film off. Easy to operate and clean would deffinantly recommend to anyone wanting soft serve machine.

The machine is very very capable. But the manual and the access of user ability is very very poor and has no way of clarifying what the manual says. That's why the manual is not understandable. Please contact me at 215-237 -3991

el embalaje es excelente, la maquina tiene buena presencia y es de facil uso, mi experiencia en 2 meses continuos de uso es que el rendimiento es bueno, pero hay un detalle por mejorar, en el interior lleva unas gomas que al poco tiempo pierden su forma y pierden el acople entre la pieza dispensadora y la maquina, por lo tanto hace que no quede hermetico y se ocurren derrames, es importante destacar que hay que tener varios kit de reemplazos para solventar ese detalle.

The machine itself is perfect and even more than I was looking for. Their customer service is beyond horrible. I made the purchase for a birthday present and upon receiving payment was given a delivery date 3 days prior to the date. The product remained in processing for nearly 10 days. I tried to talk to customer service multiple times but was just told they would get back to me in 24-48 hours (which never happened) Finally when the product shipped i was then contacted by customer service and told that the product will be shipped. They offered ZERO help or guidance and shut down any talk of compensation. The product itself is more than I imagined but it was unfortunate that I had to present a printed picture of it.

Machine is awesome except the Keep Fresh seems to go into error after awhile. I have only tried it twice and both times it stated beeping after a bit. The first time it very little product and errored about 20 minutes in. The second time it had around a gallon of product and lasted about 3 hours before going to error HH. I am still new and learning about the machine and its controls. Overall, I love this thing.

The machine worked perfectly for our event. It was fairly intuitive to set up and easy to use. Looking forward to many good events with this machine.
