Does what it’s supposed to do.

When we were looking for a commercial blender for making tamales, we looked at a lot of different brands and sizes. We found that thismixer was perfect for practicality, quality, ease of use and ease of cleaning.

I just purchased and used this mixer yesterday. I will update the review after some time. I find this mixer really improved fro previews models and the power its really a ticket. I had researched a bit in this commercial size mixers and compared with other brands that hold more capacity and yet the watts and power are less.

Lots of power, very quiet for the mixing power it produces, and overall a beautiful addition to the kitchen. Very pleased with how it performs and the overall quality of the machine. Not experiencing any issues with gear noise that some have reported.

I had my last one for over 20 years and gave it to my daughter. This is one is able to do bigger amounts which I needed due to baking a lot of breads. It works great.

I cannot believe the difference. I had a 450 that died after 22 years almost to the day. I make a lot of breads and dough, and that is very hard on the machine. I can make 3 or 4 doughs at a time and this little workhorse kneeds the dough like it is nothing! Great purchase for us!

This larger, heavier duty machine is a fantastic addition to my kitchen. I can double up my bread doughs, produce 2-3 times the Swiss Meringue and whip heavy ganache in bulk so easily now. I'm extremely pleased with the commercial mixer - I've owned a professional model KitchenAid mixer (K5) since about 1991 and the original machine still works like a dream.

This mixer is next level! I’ve had two other mixers, they work just perfectly, but man…. This new mixer is powerful. We’ve mainly used it for Pizza dough. Our Artisan Mixer had trouble with heavy doughs, but not this one. Mixes and makes heavy doughs without a hassle. Well worth it.

I just use it for the first time since my husband bought it for me and it is awesome. It is easy to use, minimum noise and did an awesome job. And the size is amazing. Let’s see how it works in the future.
