This is the 3rd slushy machine I have purchased. They all arrived well package but still suffered some minor damage but their great customer service made good on everything. Works well indoors but does not freeze product if used outside in 90 degree heat out of direct sunlight.

Let’s start with how beautiful the machine itself is, stainless steel color, super beautiful! While we are talking about it the machine is super easy to clean, even the insides of the machine is not very difficult to clean than most machines, the inside pieces assemble and disassemble rather quickly, just have to hear the the tanks click in, super easy! It only Takes about 45 minutes to completely become slushy which is wonderful time. I think that the machine doesn’t make much noise at all it’s not “quite” but definitely better than industry standard for this size of machine. Love that I can change the thickness of slushy. Anyways overall great purchase! Oh and great customer service as well if you are on the fence about a machine this is the margarita/slushy you want to go with!!!!

This is an outstanding machine! Easy to use and easy to clean up. The device comes pre set to make slushees so there is no fuss when it comes to setting a temperature. Customer service is top of the line! I have contacted the owner 2 times and the first time he called me within the hour and the second time I received an email from him in less than 15 minutes! Great company and great service from what I have seen. The package arrived in a crate that would protect the device from any shipping damage that I could imagine. If you buy the product and decide to make your own mixes - buy a brix meter. It’s the only other thing you need. Thank you very much for a great experience!

I did a lot of research before I decided to go with this model. I was not disappointed. Customer support called before the machine was shipped to confirm the shipping address and to let me know they were just a phone call away if I needed help setting up the machine. The machine arrived in record time, which impressed me. The machine was very easy to set up and worked like a charm. We put margaritas on one side and Crown and Coke on the other side. The machine was fantastic, keeping the mixtures at a perfect slushy frozen treat all day. I highly recommend this machine!

We purchased this last year and used this machine many times now. Best purchase for those summer pool parties. Works like a champ, never had an issues, pretty easy to clean and keep me from playing bartender all day at our events. Great purchase and great product.

Makes restaurant quality slushies and alcoholic beverages. My entire family loved it. My 3 year old grandson says it’s a special day every time we run it. When we had an issue with a part, our email was answered with a phone call within an hour. Alberto walked my husband through the issue, and sent a replacement part, covered under warranty, within days. And followed up with another phone call to make sure everything was working. It was a perfect Christmas present for my husband.
