I bought a machine from you and it did not work. I have been trying to get some one to help me with my troubles but to no avail. I have sent you pictures and recipes from the company that had fixed it for me at the cost of almost five hundred dollars. No one has been in contact with me to reimburse my money or anything I would not do business with them if I were you
To follow the instructions and you will never a problem unless is a factory problem
Great product love it works really good I love the most that it turns of automatically when the slushie is made easy to clean good price I do recommend
