As an ice cream enthusiast, I have used all different types of ice cream machine, the hand powered bucket, machine powered bucket, electric machine you put in a freezer (does not work), soft serve machine. I wanted a machine which can make several batches in series for a party. This machine fits the bill as it does not need to cool down, unlike other table top machines in this price range. Also churning motor is powerful enough where it does not sound any different even when ice cream is frozen and under load. For a room temperature mixture it can make ice cream in under 20 min. For refrigerated mixture it is under 15 min. Cleaning is straight forward and takes about 15 minutes by hand. Only thing I would recommend is to include extra set of silicone seals and a better manual with some explanation of lights etc. After using it you can kind of tell what they mean.

Works good. Takes some time to clean but overall easy to use.

For the price, this machine has been great. I used it daily for about a year, then it went into storage because I purchased a bigger machine. That machine recently stopped working, so I got this one back out and it is going strong once again. The 1 thing I do not like is the 4 screws on the corners and the 2 on the face plate. They are just annoying to take on and off. The machines with door style front are much more convenient.

Arrived in good shape, not a lot of parts simple to operate. Quality is good. I have not put any ice cream mix in as yet only went through the clean cycle.

I was using an old school ice cream maker for my business, but after going with this one, I’m never going back! Quickly makes a good amount of ice cream for my dipping cabinet. I also make sorbet, and it comes out perfectly smooth and luscious.

First time I received such a satisfying ice cream machine, the workmanship is exquisite, I hope it works well too!
