This machine is well insulated. Our old one of a different brand ran a lot more than this one. Does ice pretty quickly as well. My only complaint is that the ice comes out in sheets, despite playing with thickness level. We use for fishing, so not a deal breaker, but I could see that as a problem for some. Overall, we are getting twice the ice production for same price as our old usa made machine that only lasted 5 years.

this items seems to be working good, Have to break the ice up a little , but very satisfied so far! Wish we could reduce the size of the cube just a bit more so they would drop clear , we have to move ice back sometimes to start another cycle

Machine came in great time and perfect condition! A) It only reads in Celsius B) The manual is no help at all, the buttons kinda match to the machine but to get into the settings you have to play around with which buttons actually do what they say to do! DO CHANGE TO A SMALLER ( smaller than -1 ) SETTING UNLESS YOU WANT BIG THICK SOLID ICE BLOCK!!! C) the machine is an inch taller than described…. BEFORE YOU PUT THE FEET ON!!!! D)The bin is nice and deep and greatly set up…MINUS THE FULL SENSOR! I don’t think it fills as much as it says it holds BUT with how fast it works it’s been keeping up with our business!WE LOVE THAT IT MAKES ICE SOOOOOO FAST!

So far so good! It would help if they added part numbers for the filters.

The machine showed up in a very sturdy wood crate with great protection for shipping. The unit installed super easy. I had to install a drain through my wall for this and the flexible drain hose fits perfectly inside a 3/4” PVC pipe.
