easy to install....ran unit for about an hour and it made alot of ice real quick

Ice maker broke in refrigerator. Hubby is an avid user and decided that a residential ice maker would be better. We chose this model because of its features and size,.

Our plumber installed it easily because the water source and drain were nearby. So far works great, no issues but do note that this model will drain regularly once ice melts if ice is not used. We use the drained water to water our potted plants rather than waste it. Suggest you get a model that acts like a freezer if you do not have a drain nearby or will not use your ice often

I bought this because I am a construction contractor and I buy 1-2 bags of Ice per day for the water cooler during the summer. If it works properly it will pay for itself in a year.

I will definitely recommend this unit to anyone that wants to save money and avoid the demand of ice shortages. Good luck

This ice maker is quiet and makes a lot of ice.

Have to write a review on this thing. It is truly a workhorse. We've had many brands of ice machines, Hoshizaki, Scottsman, Uline, and more than one model of each. They all eventually failed. This guy just keeps making ice.
