Everything was as it was stated to be. Shipping was on time and product in good shape. Easy to get hooked up and running. As of right now it makes more ice and faster than what is needed. Would buy again for sure.

Smaller than I realized from description. bottom only drain was problematic. works to spec. Wish I had realized how small a quantity per day the specified amount really is.
