Got this as a gift from my wife. It is perfect for a small bar area or home use. The water line is made to be hooked up to a faucet of some kind. I didn't have any water supply nearby so I engineered a water supply out of a 5 gallon bucket and grommet for the water line. Works great! Will make ice for a couple of days on this supply system. Produces ice quickly. You have to set it up for 24hrs and then you can run it. This gives the maker a chance to cool down. Overall love this thing and it seems to be working great. The

Stopped working in less than 3 months. Don’t waste your money. Takes customer service a few days to answer you back and wants you to take things apart to diagnose it.

Tony my surprise it didn't work from the start. The compressor never kicked in. I got in touch with Vevor to settle the situation . You can't get parts because it is made in China and nobody will work on it because of that. So get an American made one, that is what Idid!

Beyond my expectations. Quick, quality ice production from a well built machine.it is very easy to install and operate. You need to read the manual to learn how to operate the front panel to adjust the ice size and timer function,. Great product

This ice machine is exactly what I needed to help me in my Nutrition Club! I didn't want to connect to the water system so I use 5 gallon primo refillable jugs as a water supply connected to a pump. It makes great ice and plenty of it! It only took me about 2 days to fill up my freezer so most days I only use it for half the day. It produces a batch of ice in about 10 minutes. You can change the time which simultaneously changes the thickness of the ice. I hands down recommend this ice machine for small businesses. Best bang for your buck and so easy to set up and use

this is one hell of a deal for the price, unit works great makes ice every 15 minutes full holding tank in three hours holds ice in bin for 12 to 24 hours depending on environment.. very pleased with this product.

Dont waste time on it , warranty is a joke. Mine is lass than 6 months old and they basically will just pay you a 1/3 of what it costs to go away .

The only good thing I have to say is that the machine was here a day early. However the machine arrived and we installed it, turned it on an waited 1, 2, 3 hours, and nothing. We troubleshooted and left machine running all night and still NO ice. When I tried to contact customer service, there is no number, you can't speak to a live agent. Everything is handled by email. I explained what was going on and they basically said for us to find someone to fix it??? It supposedly is a brand new machine, why do I have to pay someone to come and fix a machine that I just bought and came to me broken??? We bought this one to replace the one that we had that is old and no longer works and we were tired of having someone come and fix it. Do not buy this machine, and if you want good customer service, do NOT buy directly from VEVOR.

It took a bit to figure out how to connect it to our fridge water line. We needed to go get an extra adapter. Then it was a little bit of a struggle to figure out the ice thickness settings as the book is in broken English. However, once we figured it out, it's been making ice with no problem. The only issue we see is, not all the ice mold sections get water over them to make an ice cube. For the price, it's a good little ice maker!
