works like it's supposed to
Powerful and heats fast. Drip pan could be better designed as it keeps falling off. needs to come with a scraper that matches the grill pattern.

This is a fantastic commercial sandwich press! Heats up very fast and works excellent in our restaurant for a variety of recipes. Easy to clean and easy to train staff. Also it is safe to use. Would recommend this to others.
