The consistency of the ice is perfect! It was a perfect addition to the party. I wish the bottom had easier access for drainage and cleaning but still worth every penny.

I love the safety features. It turns off automatically when you lift the handle.

The whole family loves having snow cones as a after dinner treat or for a movie night. Super easy yo make and clean up. So fun.

This shaved ice machine works great. It works with cubed ice just fine.

This is great I was worried that I was going to get maker that only gave me the crunchy snow and not the nice fluffy snow. After using it I found to get fluffy snow it is the shape of the ice and then sweat it and push gently on the handle then the snow will be perfectly fluffy

This is the first snow cone machine that I have ever owned! I don’t know any way to compare this one to any other but, I will say that I love this machine. It’s pretty much fool proof and the level of safety is top notch. The blades will not activate unless the lid is covering the shaft! Safe enough for diy parties for my girls! I am thankful to have found this product!

When it didn’t work properly Customer service was their to guide me through it and even when I still couldn’t get it to work they sent a new 1 with no extra cost and didn’t have to return the other 1
