There was a screw inside the container that either fell out or was just not assembled correctly. Also the holes for the screws in the handle do not line up so I cannot tighten the handle.

We used this for our Easter Sunday service and it worked great. I am sure we will use it for years to come.

Just what I needed

So easy to use, that we use it every day all day! It's more than a snowcone machine, as we use the saved ice for all our drinks and cocktails as well. I can make for one or 100 which is awesome during get togethers. The scoop and spoon are very helpful and durable as is the whole machine. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

This was super easy to set up, use, and clean up. I used a 7lb bag of ice to get the amount of snow cone in the photo. It is the very fine snow type ice which is what I wanted. It wasn’t as loud as I thought it would be either. We have used it two times so far and look forward to using it again!
