I need to get 2 of this ice cream machine returned I only wanted 1 how do I get these ship back and my money back

The soft serve machine has worked great as suggested. Instructions or a little vague. Does not mention what some settings exactly mean. Never clear on what a plastic or steel hopper means for the puffer tubes but the send them with other it. What is a plastic hopper compared to what I received? Overall it has performed great.

Good machine for the money. We are using it for events where high volume is required. It can almost continuously serve Ice Cream.

Have 4 of these ice cream machine. They are great! Wish you could buy parts for them. The manuals are not good but with trial and error you can make some good ice cream.

I love this machine, I caught it on sale. Works great. Easy to clean, easy to operate. Gets cold quick.

This is nice machine with doble compresor and over night function, with this function you can work 4 days continuously and not need to wash it every day , really recommend to star a business and alaskaimport in Venezuela has the best prices and support for warranty and has parts

This machine makes great soft. Serve ice cream. My grand kids love it.Great product and excellent customer service.

The machine work good. It a bit heavy so hard to move around. All the part are easy to install. There are no video how to operate so read the manual.
