Excellent service from company. Product arrived exactly when expected and works beautifully. Machine has touch screen operation which makes everything simple. Even making the ice cream is easy. Just mix powder with water and pour in machine. Really a great product and a lot less than other machines on amazon. DB

I love this machine because I can control the hardness and softness of my ice cream. It’s easy to clean and ice cream in 20 minutes. However it is just a little loud when it’s freezing and the instructions were a bit incomplete but other than that I love it, and my grandkids love it too!

I love the machine!! Makes good ice cream and definitely a crowd pleaser!! The only thing I didn’t like was it need more instructions but we YouTube it. Overall great machine.Latoia Jackson

The only bad thing about this product is how heavy it is, it’s an excellent unit, does a great job for the price, makes delicious soft serve, easy to clean, paid for itself in the first two weeks.

When they say COMMERCIAL they mean it. This thing is heavy duty and makes a great soft serve. The only complaint i would have is trivial and it is that they wrap the machine in a white pvc film and there are some areas that it is hard to get it to come off. Other than that i love the machine so far!Brandon T

Product works well. I didn’t realize that the orange color was a different machine not just a different color. It doesn’t have a night time setting so the machine is to be cleaned out every night. This means more hours spent cleaning the machine but it is easy to clean. Only if the machine for one month, hopefully I can say it is running well on a few years as well.
