Nice product, works good~

It is a nice size and works OK. It is heavy it is a 2 or more person job to put it on a counter. It is makes a lot of noise. It is not a high volume machine. All that being said I would recommend it for small operation and it does work well.

Machine came on time and in great shape. Looks good and fully functional. Ice cream tastes great! Needs to be cleaned after each use or at the end of the day. Look forward to using this for years to come.From Phil. F

I bought this product for our concession trailer to speed up the serving of ice cream. We hand dipped all of our ice cream which took a lot of time. We can use this soft serve machine & save time, plus is a better ice cream. It is a very easy machine to operate & clean as well. Only drawback is that the machine is heavy, so once you get it in place leave it. In 65* outside temp, it made soft serve ice cream in less than 8 minuets. Very nice machine.

I bought this for home use, family of six. It is amazing in that context, I can’t speak to how it would hold up in a commercial setting but it seems to be the same type of machine I’ve used in past restaurant jobs. I’m very pleased, it works very well and is very easy to clean.

I use this machine in my snowball stand and so for it’s been great I’ve been having it for over a month now it’s takes a while to clean it but it’s supper easy I love my ice cream machine and so does my customers it came package in a crate and there was no damage what so ever I give this machine a five star
