The icemaker is perfect. Came in in perfect condition, only complaint i have is it was a little noisy but we located the source of the rattle and tapped on it a little bit and it stopped. Hasn’t made a noise sense. Hopefully it doesn’t but if it messes up I’ll order this exact one again

Works good. Not as quite as when we first bought it. Only use distilled water in it. I don't need to write one hundred characters for a damn review. This is ridiculous. I'm not going to write a review again if I have to use 100 letters.

This unit worked great while it worked. The problem was it Stopped working after 3 months. All in all if it kept working I would have given 5 stars

I got this for my office and we love it. It produces ice at a pretty good pace for the price. We put the ice in our freezer as it fills so it can keep going and we have a surplus.

Makes nuget ice and I very fast definitely would recommend. It keeps up with the three of us using the machine daily.

Bought as a gift and she loves it. Used to spend money at sonic to get the nugget ice bags now I have it 24/7! Such a money saver. Also easy to clean!

I've had it 6 months. it stopped making ice and started making this terribly loud squeal. I reached out to manufacturer support, they responded with a request for a video of the problem. I reached out to the seller, they responded with \"Dear customer Sorry for the inconvenience caused If the machine is used continuously for a long time, the freezing cylinder will fail, resulting in increased noise during operation. Press and hold the cleaning button to exit the cleaning mode, then turn off the machine, wait for the freeze inside the machine to completely melt, and let it sit for 1-2 hours before restarting. The device cannot be used continuously without stopping. It is recommended to stop and clean it every 4 hours of operation. Any questions, please feel free to ask me Have a great day Anne Customer Support\" I keep it clean, so I unplugged it overnight. Plugged back in, ran a cleaning cycle, then turned it on. It started dropping ice in under 20 minutes and after 2 days the problem has not returned (but also the outside temperature is not as cold as it was before the failure, I use the waterline fill option) This is a great ice maker, I am glad I have it. I was going to buy another one if Anne's suggestion didn't work
